Typically a manufacturer's warranty only offers 100% coverage for the first five years.  After that period the warranties pro-rate and costs such as dump fees and labour are excluded leaving the homeowner at great expense.  With the Gaf/Elk Weather Stopper System Plus Warranty, you receive 100% coverage for the first TWENTY years before any pro-rate starts to apply.
